📋 Regeneration Instructions

1. Soak Purigen in a 1:1 bleach:water solution for 24 hours in a non-metallic container
2. Use regular 8.25% hypochlorite household bleach (non-scented, no dyes, no splash-less)
3. Keep in a well-ventilated area away from children
4. Rinse well, then soak for 8 hours with 4 tablespoons of Prime (or equivalent dechlorinator) per cup of water
5. For freshwater, soak for 4 hours with 2 tablespoons of buffer per cup of water
6. Rinse well - original color and full activity should be restored

⚠️ Safety Guidelines

• Some slime coat products may permanently foul Purigen and make regeneration difficult
• Do not reuse if bleach/chlorine odor is detectable
• When in doubt, soak beads in water and test for residual chlorine with a test kit
