Shipping
How much is shipping? Shipping is free on live plants, aquariums, fish food, and tools. Select accessories ship at a calculated rate shown at checkout.
When will my order ship? Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days. You'll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order is on its way.
How do I track my order? You'll get a tracking link by email the moment your order ships — check your spam folder if you don't see it within a couple of days.
Where do you ship? We ship across the United States, with international options at checkout for most items. Please note that live plants ship within the US only.
Live Plants
Are your plants pest-free? Many of our plants are tissue-cultured or carefully prepared to be snail- and pest-free — check the product page for details (our Mini Dwarf Hair Grass is 100% snail-free).
Do your plants come with snails? We take care to send clean plants, but the occasional hitchhiker can slip through on nature's products. A quick rinse and a dip usually does the trick — reach out and we'll walk you through it.
How do I acclimate new plants? Gently rinse off any gel or wool, trim any damaged leaves, and plant or float them in your cycled tank. Give them 1–2 weeks to settle in before judging new growth — a little melt-back at first is normal.
What if my plants arrive damaged? Live plants can occasionally have a rough trip. If something doesn't look right when it arrives, send us a photo within 48 hours of delivery and we'll make it right.
Orders & Returns
Can I change or cancel my order? Reach out as soon as possible after ordering and we'll do our best to help before it ships.
What's your return policy? All sales are final, so we don't accept returns or exchanges for change of mind. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days with a photo and we'll make it right — see our Refund Policy for details.
