Free shipping on live plants, aquariums, fish food, and tools. Select accessories ship at a calculated rate shown at checkout.

Processing time. Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1–3 business days. Some items may take slightly longer to prepare — we'll always keep you posted.

Tracking. You'll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships.

Delivery. Delivery times vary by destination and carrier and are not guaranteed.

Where we ship. We ship across the United States, with international options available at checkout for most items. Live plants ship within the United States only. International customers are responsible for any customs duties or import fees.
